The Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false or misleading information.

3. Registration and Account Security

Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and are responsible for all activities under their account.
Unauthorized access or misuse of another user’s account is strictly prohibited.

5. Course Enrollment & Fees

Prices and course availability are subject to change at our discretion.
Payment must be completed before access is granted.
No sharing of paid content—accounts found violating this will be terminated without refund.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Mega Mind Academy, we strive to deliver a seamless and high-quality learning experience. Due to the nature of our educational services, our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

6.1 General Policy

All purchases made for online live classes, pre-recorded courses, study materials, or any digital content are final and non-refundable. We encourage users to carefully review course details before making a purchase.

6.2 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Payment: If a transaction is accidentally processed twice, users must report the issue within 7 days of the transaction for verification and resolution.
Course Cancellation by the Academy: If Mega Mind Academy cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their enrollment to another course of equal value.
Technical Access Issues: If a user experiences persistent technical issues preventing access to the purchased course, and the Academy is unable to resolve the issue, a partial or full refund may be granted at our discretion.

6.3 Non-Refundable Services

Digital Content: Once a user has accessed a course (live or recorded), refunds will not be granted.
Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued if a student decides they no longer wish to continue a course after purchase.
Missed Live Sessions: No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for missed live sessions. However, if the session is recorded, users may access the recording as per the course policy.

6.4 Subscription-Based Services

For courses offered on a subscription model, users may cancel their subscription at any time; however, the cancellation will apply to future billing cycles, and no refunds will be issued for the current cycle.

6.5 Requesting a Refund

To request a refund (if eligible), users must:

Submit refund requests within 7 days of the transaction date for consideration.
Allow 7-14 business days for processing after approval.

All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Mega Mind Academy, and we reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our policy criteria.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All videos, study materials, software, branding, and content on our Platform are the intellectual property of Mega Mind Academy.
Users may not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
Any unauthorized use of our trademarks, logos, or course material may result in legal action.

8. Conduct & User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Misuse, hack, or disrupt our Platform or attempt unauthorized access.

Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or impersonate others.
